This 24-pin FFC/FPC Extender is designed to easily connect two 24-pin 0.5mm pitch FFC (Flexible Flat Cable) or FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) cables end-to-end, effectively extending their length. It requires the use of Type A cables, which have contacts on the same side, as pin 1 of one cable is connected to pin 24 of the other. The connection is secured by carefully prying open the connector ears, inserting the cables with contacts facing upwards, and then pushing the ears back into place.
