The HIROSE FH52 Series is a 0.5mm/1.0mm pitch, 2.0mm height FPC/FFC connector featuring a bottom contact, front flip design. It offers highly reliable connections and a robust design with enhanced connector body strength and FPC/FFC connection reliability, preventing unlocking due to its original robust design. The series includes product variations like long solder tabs for visual inspection, 125 heat resistance for automotive requirements, and a 2-point contact type for enhanced reliability against dust adhesion. Its flip lock simplifies operations with a clear tactile click, and it accepts standard 0.3mm thick FPC/FFC. The connector has no pattern prohibited area on the bottom, enhancing board design flexibility, and is Halogen-free compliant. It supports automatic pick & place mounting and is available in 3,000pcs or 500pcs per reel packaging.
