The FH52 Series is a 0.5mm/1.0mm pitch, 2.0mm height FPC/FFC connector featuring a bottom contact and front flip design. It offers enhanced connection reliability and robustness with features like an FPC/FFC positioning mechanism and secure actuator retention. The series provides product variations to meet diverse needs, including long solder tabs for visual inspection, 125 heat resistance for automotive applications, and a 2-point contact design for improved reliability. Its flip lock mechanism simplifies operation with a tactile click, and it supports high FPC/FFC retention force. The connector accepts standard 0.3mm thick FPC/FFC, has no pattern prohibited area on the bottom for design flexibility, and is Halogen-free. It is also compatible with automatic pick & place mounting and available in 500pcs per reel packaging.
