The HIROSE FH52 Series is a 0.5mm/1.0mm pitch, 2.0mm height, bottom contact, front flip FPC/FFC connector designed for high reliability and robust performance. It features enhanced connector body strength, secure actuator retention, and a simplified flip lock operation for easier FPC/FFC connection. The series offers product variations to meet diverse needs, including long solder tabs for visual inspection, 125 heat resistance for automotive applications, and a 2-point contact design for increased reliability. It accepts standard 0.3mm thick FPC/FFC, has no pattern prohibited area on the bottom for board design flexibility, and is halogen-free. The connectors support automatic pick & place mounting and are available in tape and reel packaging.
