The Adafruit ALS-PT19 Analog Light Sensor Breakout is a RoHS compliant analog light sensor designed to replace photocells in projects requiring high infrared rejection. Its spectral response closely mimics human eye perception of ambient light. This sensor is simple to integrate, requiring connection to ground and a power supply between 2.5V and 5.5V. The analog voltage output on the OUT pin increases with detected light levels.
