This active DisplayPort 1.2 to HDMI 4K converter adapter (P136-000-UHD-V2) enables the connection of a computer with a DisplayPort output to an HDMI monitor, supporting resolutions up to 4K x 2K at 24/30 Hz. It is designed to convert both Single-Mode and Dual-Mode (DP++) DisplayPort outputs, making it ideal for graphics cards like AMD Eyefinity that do not output DP++ signals. The adapter is plug-and-play, requiring no additional drivers or software, and is backwards compatible with earlier DisplayPort versions.
