It is supplied in single packs and marked with "AMPHENOL RF, 901-125-11SF, and DATE CODE". The interface conforms to MIL-STD-348 Fig 310.2 Series for SMA Jack and MIL-STD-348 Fig 310.1 Series for SMA Plug.
