The 3M Boardmount Socket 929 Series offers a .100" and .100" x .100" straight solder tail connection. Designed with a tuning fork contact and available in single or dual row configurations from 1 to 80 contacts, these sockets facilitate production wave soldering with solder standoffs. An optional board retention feature is also available. These sockets are suitable for applications requiring reliable interconnect solutions within a specified temperature and process rating.
