Product Overview

The 3M Boardmount Socket 929 Series offers a reliable interconnect solution with a .100" and .100" x .100" pitch. Designed for straight solder tails, these sockets feature a tuning fork contact design and solder standoffs for efficient production wave soldering. An optional board retention feature is available. They are suitable for applications requiring a current rating of up to 2 amps and an insulation resistance greater than 5 x 109 at 500 VDC. The operating temperature range is -40C to +105C, with a process rating of 260C.
