Product Overview
The Amphenol SurLok Plus Series offers a field-installable, highly reliable compression lug as an alternative to common compression lugs, utilizing industry-standard crimp, screw, and busbar termination options without requiring special torque tools. This series is an environmentally sealed version of the original SurLok, now available in smaller sizes with a quick lock and press-to-release design. It incorporates the latest R4 RADSOK Technology, providing a compact, quick-mating, and robust product line. The RADSOK high amperage contact technology uses a stamped and formed, high-conductivity alloy grid to achieve low insertion forces while maintaining a large conductive surface area. The R4 version represents advanced research in laser welding copper-based alloys. SurLok Plus is designed for demanding industrial markets including Energy Storage, EV/HEV, Process Control/Automation, and Heavy Equipment.
