The Amphenol SurLok Plus Series offers a field-installable, highly reliable compression lug that serves as an advanced alternative to common compression lugs. It integrates industry-standard termination options such as crimp, screw, and busbar, eliminating the need for specialized torque tools. This series is an environmentally sealed version of the original SurLok, now available in smaller sizes with a quick lock and press-to-release design. It incorporates the latest R4 RADSOK Technology, providing a compact, quick-mating, and robust solution. The RADSOK high amperage contact technology utilizes a stamped and formed, high conductivity alloy grid to achieve low insertion forces while maintaining a large conductive surface area. The R4 version is a result of extensive research and development in laser welding copper-based alloys. SurLok Plus is designed for demanding industrial markets including Energy Storage, EV/HEV, Process Control/Automation, and Heavy Equipment.
