Amphenol PT, SP, and MS/PT Series Miniature Cylindrical Connectors offer a versatile solution for general duty and environmental applications in both industrial and military markets. These connectors are designed to provide twice the number of contacts in half the size of standard connectors, ensuring maximum design flexibility. They are suitable for applications such as instrumentation, monitoring equipment, machine tool automation, communications, geophysical exploration, industrial controls, robotics, rail/mass transit, and military/aerospace sectors. Key features include environmental sealing achieved through grommet and clamp design, a wide operating temperature range (-55C to +125C), and high operating voltage capabilities. Contacts are machined from gold-plated copper alloy for corrosion resistance and indefinite shelf life, while resilient inserts provide high dielectric strength and a moisture barrier. Various shell finishes and back-end accessories are available.
