Amphenol's PCIe M.2 Gen 5 Connectors offer a high-density, high-performance solution for modern storage and server applications. Featuring 67 contacts on a 0.50mm pitch, these connectors occupy less board space and support higher data rates compared to PCIe Mini Card connectors. Designed for PCIe Gen 5, they are ideal for tablets, laptops, and low-profile storage and server systems, enabling higher data rate transmission with both single and double-sided modules. The connectors support angled insertion of add-in module cards and are available in right-angle orientation, with vertical orientation under development. They offer design flexibility with various connector heights and keying options, and are upgradable to Gen 5 speeds (32Gb/s) while maintaining backward compatibility with Gen 3 and Gen 4.
