Product Overview
Amphenol Miniature Cylindrical Connectors, specifically the PT, SP, and MS/PT Series (MIL-DTL-26482, Series 1), are designed for general duty and environmental applications in industrial and military markets. These connectors offer twice the number of contacts in half the size of standard connectors, providing maximum design flexibility. They feature a bayonet coupling mechanism with either solder or crimp contact termination, ensuring positive mating and preventing cross-plugging. Common features include environmental sealing, an operating temperature range of -55C to +125C, and operating voltage up to 1000 VAC (RMS) at sea level. Contacts are machined from gold-plated copper alloy for corrosion resistance and indefinite shelf life. Various shell finishes and back-end accessories are available. These connectors are intermateable with all miniature series connectors.
