Amphenol Miniature Cylindrical Connectors - PT, SP, MS/PT Series
Amphenol Miniature Cylindrical Connectors, including the PT, SP, and MS/PT Series, are designed for general duty and environmental applications in both industrial and military markets. These connectors offer twice the number of contacts in half the size of standard connectors, providing maximum design flexibility and meeting cost considerations. They are suitable for applications such as instrumentation, monitoring equipment, machine tool, factory automation, communications, geophysical exploration, industrial controls, robotics, rail/mass transit, and military/aerospace sectors. The connectors feature environmental sealing achieved with a grommet and clamp design, an operating temperature range of 55C to +125C, and an operating voltage up to 1000 VAC (RMS) at sea level. Contacts are machined from low loss copper alloy and gold plated for corrosion resistance and extended shelf life. Resilient inserts provide high dielectric strength and a moisture barrier. Various shell finishes and back-end accessories are available.
