The Amphenol Fiber Systems International LC Field Connector offers a simple solution to upgrade standard LC connections to an environmentally sealed configuration. It is sealed against fluids and dust (IP68 rated) and is shock and vibration proof. The system eliminates the need for on-field cabling operations and tools for installation, with the exception of 1.6mm and 2mm zipcord cables. Featuring the patented RJStop system, it allows the use of a standard LC patchcord within a metallic plug, providing protection against shocks, dust, and fluids without hazardous on-field cabling.
