The Amphenol Fiber Systems International LC Field Connector offers an easy upgrade from standard to environmental LC connections. It is sealed against fluids and dust (IP68), and is shock and vibration proof. The system eliminates the need for cabling operations in the field and requires no tools for installation (except for 1.6mm and 2mm zipcord cable). Utilizing the patented RJStop system, a standard LC patchcord can be used within a metallic plug, providing protection against shocks, dust, and fluids without hazardous on-field cabling. Applications include Railways, Base Stations, Military Communication, and Navy.
