The Amphenol Fiber Systems International LC Field Connector offers an easy system to upgrade standard LC connections to an environmentally sealed solution. It is sealed against fluids and dust (IP68), and is shock and vibration proof. The connector eliminates the need for cabling operations in the field and requires no tools for installation (except for 1.6mm and 2mm zipcord cable). Featuring the patented RJStop system, it allows the use of a standard LC patchcord within a metallic plug, providing protection from shocks, dust, and fluids without hazardous on-field cabling.
