Product Overview
The Amphenol Dubox SHUNTS are board-to-wire connectors designed for reliable electrical performance and enhanced retention. Featuring a dual beam contact design, pre-stressed contacts for low insertion force, and a 4-wall contact design for improved signal protection, these shunts are suitable for mezzanine applications and meet various application requirements. The floating solder tails self-center on circuit pads to assure coplanarity, and an available locating feature maintains alignment for soldering and facilitates robotic placement. Constructed with high-temperature thermoplastic material, they are compatible with Infrared and Vapor phase reflow processes and compliant with DIN41651, HE13, and BT D2632 specifications. They are ideal for applications in Personal Care Devices, Home Care Devices, Home Automation, Server Storage, and Industrial sectors including Robotics, PLC, and Power tools.
