Amphenol Industrial Operations, in partnership with Eaxtron, presents the UL 1977 Effortless & Arcless DIN Connectors. These connectors feature the patented Vortex Clip technology, significantly enhancing conductivity through increased contact points and reducing coupling effort by eighty percent compared to industry standards. Constructed from pure copper (Cu11000) plated with 6um of silver, they offer superior conductivity and minimal wear. The robust Polyamide housing and durable, flexible handles ensure reliable performance in demanding environments, with an extended cycle life of up to twelve thousand cycles. Designed for arcless operation, the locking mechanisms and unique female contact design safely disperse arcs, protecting users and equipment. Color-coded cable clamps and coding pins simplify identification of different voltages and applications, preventing mismatches. The integrated contact loader facilitates faster wiring of main, auxiliary, and pilot contacts. Available in 160A, 320A, and 430A ratings.
