Powerlok Connector System
The Powerlok series is a low-cost, compact, metal-shell interconnect solution utilizing RADSOK contact technology, designed for EV and Hybrid transportation applications. It offers a voltage rating up to 1000V and current ratings ranging from 70A to 500A. Key features include HVIL (High Voltage Interlock), 360 shielding, environmental sealing, keying options, and availability in straight and right-angle configurations. The system accommodates cable sizes from 16mm to 150mm with or without shielding and is available in assembled and overmolded versions. Powerlok connectors are engineered for diverse applications, including electric powertrains in automotive, trucks, buses, agricultural and construction machinery, off-road vehicles, and stationary energy storage systems.
