Product Overview
The Amphenol Tru-Loc connector series is a rugged connection system designed for demanding environments, featuring Amphenols exclusive RADSOK contact system with 1.5 mm socket contacts. These connectors are engineered for high vibration applications, such as under valve covers on diesel engines and in sensor applications. The Tru-Loc series offers a molded thermoplastic main plug body with a secondary latch and a fluoroelastomer main joint seal resistant to various fluids, including diesel fuel. Available in 2-way, 4-way, and 6-way inline plug and receptacle configurations, the series can be customized for specific mating needs like devices, sensors, fuel injectors, splitters, and pass-through connectors. Special backshells are available for the 6-way series, and some configurations can meet 150C operating temperatures. These connection systems are RoHS compliant, seal to IP67 when mated, and are rated for high vibrations at 32 Grms.
