The Powerlok series is a low-cost, compact, metal-shell interconnect solution utilizing RADSOK contact technology. Designed for EV and Hybrid transportation applications, it offers up to 1000V and current ratings from 70A to 500A. Key features include HVIL, 360 shielding, environmental sealing, keying, and availability in straight and right-angle configurations. It accommodates cable sizes from 16mm to 150mm with or without shielding and is available in assembled and overmolded versions. Powerlok connectors are engineered for electric powertrains in automotive, trucks, buses, agricultural and construction machines, off-road vehicles, and stationary energy storage systems.
