The Amphenol ePower Connector Series is engineered for the demanding requirements of hybrid, electric vehicles, and utility truck electrical systems. Operating at 800VDC to 1000VDC with a continuous current rating of 200A to 400A, this series incorporates the patented RADSOK technology for higher amperage, lower T-rise, reduced resistance, and optimized mating force. It offers a 40% smaller footprint compared to three EMI shielding cable glands and simplifies termination with shielded cable. The ePower Series is ideal for applications in both Military Aerospace and Industrial segments, including power converters, hybrid electric vehicles, heavy equipment electrification, two and three-phase motors, and starter generators. A single ePower 400A connector can replace up to three conventional connectors, providing significant space and cost savings.
