Product Overview
The MINITEK Pwr 3.0 Connector System is a compact, robust, and versatile solution designed for power applications with a current rating of up to 5A per circuit. It offers flexibility with configurations available in 2 to 24 circuits for dual row and 2 to 12 circuits for single row. Key benefits include low insertion force for easy terminal installation, fully isolated terminals to prevent damage, positive locking on the housing for secure retention, and polarized housings to prevent accidental mismating. The system also features scoop-proof housings to protect terminals and header pins during angled mating, high retention force for secure terminal seating, and a glow wire compliant option meeting IEC 60335-1 standards. An optional Blind Mating Interface (BMI) allows for 2.54mm gatherability. The housings are constructed from UL94V-0 flammability rated LCP material and are RoHS compliant and lead-free, meeting environmental, health, and safety requirements. This system is suitable for both Wire-to-Board and Wire-to-Wire applications.
