Product Overview
The PV Wire-to-Board Connector System is an innovative crimp-to-wire solution designed for connecting discrete wires to printed circuit boards. It features high-reliability dual-metal receptacle terminals that mate with industry-standard 0.025 inch (0.635mm) square posts. The system offers a variety of containment, protection, and guidance options for both wire and PCB sides of the interface. PV receptacle terminals can be used discretely or inserted into multiple-circuit MINI-LATCH connector housings, which include optional polarizing keys. Shrouded multiple-post headers on the PCB side incorporate an integral friction feature for enhanced retention with mating MINI-LATCH housings. This system is ideal for applications requiring high reliability, durability, and retention, including instrumentation, medical devices, industrial equipment, consumer electronics, automotive electronics, data and communications, military, and avionics.
