Featuring a dual beam contact design with pre-stressing for low insertion force and a 4-wall contact design for improved signal protection, these shunts are suitable for mezzanine applications. They mate with short pins (5mm) and offer floating solder tails with self-centering capabilities for coplanarity, facilitating robotic placement. Constructed from high-temperature thermoplastic material and compliant with DIN41651, HE13, and BT D2632 specifications, they are compatible with IR and Vapor phase reflow processes. Applications include personal care devices, home automation, industrial robotics, and server storage.
