The BergStak 0.40mm board-to-board connectors offer a fine pitch solution with double row contacts, designed for high-speed, vibration-proof applications. Available in stack heights of 1.50mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm, 3.5mm, and 4.0mm, these connectors support position ranges from 10 to 100 positions. The integrated lock feature on the contacts, combined with shock-absorbing ribs on the housing, ensures high reliability in demanding environments, including those with high vibration (USCAR2 V2 qualified). Their high-speed performance makes them suitable for PCIe and USB applications. The series also features a mis-alignment capability for easier mating and additional fix taps on the header for improved PCB retention.
