Amphenol's Dubox SHUNTS are board-to-wire connectors designed for reliable electrical performance and enhanced retention. Featuring a dual beam contact design with pre-stressing for low insertion force, these connectors mate with short pins (5mm) and are stackable end-to-end and side-by-side, making them suitable for mezzanine applications. The floating solder tails self-center on circuit pads to assure coplanarity, while the 4-wall contact design provides improved signal protection. A locating feature maintains alignment for soldering and facilitates robotic placement. Constructed with high-temperature thermoplastic material, they are compatible with Infrared and Vapor phase reflow processes and comply with DIN41651, HE13, and BT D2632 specifications. These connectors are ideal for personal care devices, home automation, industrial robotics, and server storage applications.
