Product Overview
The Amphenol ePower Connector Series is engineered for the demanding requirements of hybrid and electric vehicles, as well as utility truck electrical systems. Operating at 800VDC to 1000VDC with continuous current ratings from 200A to 400A, these connectors leverage the patented RADSOK technology for enhanced amperage, reduced T-rise, lower resistance, and mating force. The series offers a 40% smaller footprint compared to traditional solutions and simplifies termination with shielded cable. Available in 2 or 3 power contact configurations, a single ePower 400A connector can replace up to three conventional connectors, optimizing space and cost. Applications span Military Aerospace and Industrial segments, including power converters, hybrid electric vehicles, heavy equipment electrification, two and three-phase motors, and starter generators.
