PV WIRE-TO-BOARD CONNECTOR SYSTEM

The PV Wire-to-Board Connector System offers a reliable and durable solution for connecting discrete wires to printed circuit boards. This innovative crimp-to-wire system features high-reliability dual-metal receptacle terminals that mate with industry-standard 0.025 inch (0.635mm) square posts. The system provides a variety of containment, protection, and guidance options for both sides of the connector interface. On the wire side, PV receptacle terminals can be terminated to wire and used discretely or inserted into multiple-circuit MINI-LATCH connector housings, which include optional polarizing keys. The printed circuit board side features shrouded multiple-post headers with an integral friction feature that grips the sides of the mating MINI-LATCH housings, reducing the risk of disengagement. Other FCI header options include discrete staked pins or BergStik un-shrouded headers. This system is designed for high reliability, high durability, and high retention, making it suitable for demanding applications.
