The Amphenol-CS Dubox PCB Receptacles are a modular, reliable, and compact solution designed for various applications. Featuring a dual-beam contact design with a pre-stressed contact, these receptacles offer highly reliable electrical performances and low insertion force. They are compatible with short pins (5mm) and support end-to-end and side-by-side stacking, making them suitable for Mezzanine applications. The floating solder tails ensure coplanarity, while the 4-wall contact design provides improved signal protection. Compliant with DIN 41651, HE 13, and BT D2632 specifications, the Dubox connectors are available in through-hole and surface-mount options, with single or double rows, vertical or right-angle orientations, and 2 to 50 positions per row. They offer a current rating of up to 3A per contact and support up to 200 mating cycles (plating dependent). The high-temperature performing raw material ensures compatibility with Infrared and Vapor-Phase Reflow processes. Applications include personal care devices, home care devices, home automation, server storage, and industrial equipment like robotics and PLCs.
