This innovative design significantly enhances conductivity and reduces connection/disconnection effort by up to 80% compared to industry standards. Constructed with pure copper (Cu11000) contacts plated with 6m of silver for minimal wear, and robust Polyamide housing, these connectors are built for durability in demanding environments. The integrated arcless design, managed by patented locking mechanisms and unique female contact geometry, ensures safe operation by dispersing arcs within the connector carriage, protecting both users and equipment. A color-coded system for cable clamps further enhances safety by preventing incompatible voltage and application connections. The product also includes an innovative contact loader for faster wiring of main, auxiliary, and pilot contacts, and self-centering cable clamps to prevent cable damage and maintain wire integrity.
