The Amphenol ePower Connector Series is engineered for the demanding requirements of hybrid, electric vehicles, and utility truck electrical systems. These connectors operate at 800VDC to 1000VDC with a continuous current rating of 200A to 400A. They incorporate the patented RADSOK technology, offering higher amperage, lower T-rise, reduced resistance, and lower mating force. The series provides a 40% smaller footprint compared to three EMI shielding cable glands and simplifies termination with shielded cable. Designed for harsh environments, the ePower Series is suitable for applications in Military Aerospace and Industrial segments, including power converters, hybrid electric vehicles, heavy equipment electrification, two and three-phase motors, and starter generators. A single ePower 400A connector can replace up to three conventional connectors, leading to significant space and cost savings.
