Product Overview

The Amphenol ePower Connector Series is engineered for the demanding electrical systems of hybrid vehicles, electric vehicles, and utility trucks. These connectors operate at high voltages (800VDC to 1000VDC) and continuous currents (200A to 400A), incorporating the patented RADSOK technology. This technology enhances amperage capacity, reduces temperature rise and resistance, and lowers mating force. The series offers a 40% smaller footprint compared to traditional solutions and simplifies termination with shielded cables. Available in 2 or 3 power contact configurations, a single ePower connector can replace multiple conventional connectors, leading to significant space and cost savings. Applications span Military Aerospace and Industrial segments, including power converters, hybrid electric vehicles, heavy equipment electrification, two and three-phase motors, and starter generators.
