The Anderson Power Saf-D-Grid connector system builds upon the proven contact technology of SB and Powerpole connectors, offering enhanced features for higher voltage DC or hybrid AC/DC systems. Designed to meet international safety requirements, Saf-D-Grid connectors provide safe and efficient power connections for both AC and DC currents up to 30A and 600V, fitting within the footprint of an IEC 620 C13/C14. This allows for greater power density compared to standard IEC 320 connectors. Key safety features include a first mate, last break ground contact, integral latch to prevent accidental unmating, hot plug rating for various loads, touch-safe design, and arcing protection. Saf-D-Grid is ideal for applications requiring reliable power in renewable energy systems and other demanding environments.
