The Amphenol ePower Connector Series is engineered for the demanding requirements of hybrid, electric vehicles, and utility truck electrical systems. Operating at 800VDC to 1000VDC with continuous current ratings from 200A to 400A, this series incorporates the patented RADSOK technology. This innovation delivers higher amperage, reduced T-rise, lower resistance, and mating force. The ePower connectors offer a 40% smaller footprint compared to three EMI shielding cable glands and simplified termination with shielded cable. Available in 2 or 3 power contact configurations, a single ePower 400A connector can replace multiple conventional connectors, optimizing space and cost. Applications span Military Aerospace and Industrial segments, including power converters, hybrid electric vehicles, heavy equipment electrification, two and three-phase motors, and starter generators.
