The Amphenol ePower Connector Series is engineered for the demanding requirements of hybrid electric vehicles, utility trucks, and other industrial electrical systems. These connectors operate at high voltages (800VDC to 1000VDC) and high continuous current ratings (200A to 400A). They feature the patented RADSOK technology, which enhances current capacity by up to 50% over traditional designs, leading to lower T-rise, reduced resistance, and improved mating force. The ePower series offers a 40% smaller footprint compared to multiple EMI shielding cable glands and simplifies termination with shielded cables. Available in 2 or 3 power contact configurations, a single ePower 400A connector can replace up to three conventional connectors, optimizing space and cost.
