High Reliability Anderson Power 5916G21-BK Powerpole PP75 Connectors with UL94 V0 Flammability Rating
Powerpole PP75 Connectors
Product Overview
The Powerpole PP75 series offers robust connector solutions designed for wire-to-wire, wire-to-board, and wire-to-busbar applications, accommodating wire sizes from #16 AWG (1.3 mm) to #6 AWG (13.3 mm). These connectors provide power capabilities up to 120 amps per pole. Available in standard, chemical-resistant (CR), and locking dovetail housing options, the PP75 series ensures versatility and reliability in demanding environments. Locking housings offer secure stacking and prevent separation, while CR housings are built with a PBT/PC blend for enhanced resistance to industrial solvents. The PP75 Premate Ground housings provide a first-mate, last-break connection.

Available Housing Types
- Standard Housings: Suitable for wire contacts up to 6 AWG [10mm], PCB, and busbar contacts.
- Chemical Resistant (CR) Housings: Same form and dimensions as standard, but in a chemical resistant PBT/PC blend housing. Suitable for use to -40C.
- Locking Dovetail Housings: Feature dovetails for stacking with a locking feature to prevent separation. Cannot be stacked with standard or CR housings.
- Premate Ground Housings: Offer a first-mate, last-break connection when stacked with PP75 housings. Mechanically keyed to prevent cross-mating.
Available Contact Types
- Silver Plated Wire Contacts: Best electrical performance and durability up to 10,000 mating cycles.
- Silver Plated Premate Ground Wire Contacts: For use with PP75 Premate Ground Housing, rated to 10,000 mating cycles.
- Silver Plated Busbar Contacts: Provide quick disconnect busbar connection.
- Standard Powerclaw PCB Contacts: Right angle connection to PCB, tin or silver plated.
- Mini Powerclaw PCB Contacts (Right Angle): Can be used on PCB edge without a PP75 housing on the PCB side. Self-polarizing design.
- Mini Powerclaw PCB Contacts (Vertical): Save space by not requiring a PP75 housing on the PCB side. Guide housing required for 2 pole applications.
