The Powerpole PP120 series connectors are designed for high-current applications, accommodating wires up to 1/0 AWG (50 mm) and handling currents up to 240 amps. These connectors feature stackable housings in multiple colors, low-resistance silver-plated copper contacts for superior electrical performance and durability, and reducing bushings for smaller wire sizes down to 8 AWG (10 mm). They are UL rated for hot plugging up to 60 amps, making them ideal for applications requiring circuit interruption, such as battery systems. The PP120 housing is the second largest in the Powerpole series and can be used with wire or busbar contacts.
