The Amphenol Socapex MDP FTV is a complete, ruggedized connection system designed for harsh environments, based on the Mini DisplayPort standard. It utilizes a robust Tri-Start Thread coupling mechanism (MIL-DTL-38999 series III type) to ensure secure and reliable connections. This solution protects standard Mini DP cordsets from shocks, dust, and fluids, with tool-free assembly for field convenience. The MDP FTV receptacle, designed for panel mounting, enhances system protection against leakage, shocks, and vibrations. It supports DisplayPort 1.4 protocol with a transmission bandwidth of 32.4 Gbit/s, enabling high-resolution video transmission up to 8K UHD at 60 Hz or 4K UHD at 120 Hz. Ideal for data acquisition and transmission in demanding applications such as C4ISR, battlefields, ground vehicles, navy, railway, radars, shelters, and battlefield communication.
