Introduction

Product Overview

The Anderson Power Saf-D-Grid connector system builds upon the proven contact technology of SB and Powerpole connectors, offering enhanced features for higher voltage DC or hybrid AC/DC systems. Designed to meet international safety requirements, Saf-D-Grid connectors enable greater power density by allowing up to 40A and 600V DC or AC within the same footprint as IEC 620 C13/C14 connectors, which are limited to 10A and 250 VAC. These connectors are suitable for hazardous, low voltage applications and are rated for current interruption for both electronic and electrical loads. Saf-D-Grid provides safety through a first-mate, last-break ground contact and an integral latch to prevent accidental unmating. They are ideal for renewable and alternative energy sources, ensuring system uptime.
