Stewart Connector's Qwik RJ45 CAT6/CAT5E Modular Plugs are engineered for rapid and high-quality field termination of industry-standard CAT5E and CAT6 cables. These plugs streamline the assembly process by allowing cable insertion before conductor trimming, a step eliminated by the integrated trimming function of the Stewart Connector 2940263-02 termination tool. This design significantly reduces termination time compared to traditional RJ45 modular plugs. They are rated for CAT5E and CAT6 performance and feature 50 micro inches of gold plating on contacts, suitable for solid or stranded conductor cable with diameters up to .235" and conductor diameters from .037" to .042". Designed for 24AWG and 26AWG conductors, they are compatible with field or factory termination using specialized tools. An optional snagless slimline strain relief boot is available.
