These connectors are suitable for wire sizes from #10 AWG (5.3 mm) up to #1 AWG (42.4 mm) and also accommodate busbar contacts. Available in standard and chemical-resistant PBT/PC blend housings, the SB120 series provides reliable electrical performance with silver-plated contacts rated for up to 10,000 mating cycles. Key features include color-coded mechanical keys for circuit identification and prevention of cross-mating, and options for environmental sealing with boots for IP64 protection. The chemical-resistant option extends the operating temperature range down to -40C and offers enhanced UV and chemical resistance.
