The Anderson Power Saf-D-Grid connector system builds upon the proven contact technology of SB and Powerpole connectors, offering enhanced features for higher voltage DC or hybrid AC/DC systems. Designed to meet International safety requirements, Saf-D-Grid connectors enable greater power density by providing higher voltage and current ratings within the footprint of an IEC 620 C13/C14. They are suitable for applications requiring safe and efficient AC or DC power connections, including renewable and alternative energy systems. Key safety features include First Mate, Last Break Ground Contact, integral latches to prevent accidental unmating, hot plug rating, touch-safe design, and arc containment.
