The SB175 series connectors are designed for high-current applications up to 280 Amps, accommodating wire sizes from #10 AWG (5.3 mm) to 1/0 AWG (50 mm). These genderless, self-mating connectors minimize inventory and assembly complexity. Available in standard and chemical-resistant housing options, they offer mechanical keying for color-coded polarization, with a keyless black housing compatible with all colors. The SB175 is suitable for applications requiring UL-rated currents, hot-plugging capabilities up to 100 Amps, and extended temperature ranges down to -40C with the chemical-resistant option. The 3-pole version adds an extra position for power or grounding, suitable for DC 2-wire plus ground and AC single-phase applications.
