The Powerpole PP180 series connectors are the largest in the Powerpole housing family, designed to accommodate wire sizes up to 3/0 AWG (70 mm) and handle high currents up to 350 amps. These connectors feature low resistance silver-plated copper contacts for superior electrical performance and durability, rated for up to 10,000 mating cycles. The PP180 series is ideal for high-current applications such as battery systems and power distribution, offering UL rating for hot plugging up to 75 Amps and optional busbar contacts for quick disconnect power inputs and takeoffs. Color-coded housings are available to prevent user confusion and cross-mating of circuits.
