The Cinch DMS-TPTM Dry-mated Sealed Connectors are designed for harsh environment applications, meeting the highest safety standards. Developed as a solution for challenges in the Oil and Gas industry, these connectors have proven effective in demanding conditions involving prolonged exposure to oil, gas, sand, mud, hydrocarbons, and salt. They are ideal for environments with extreme temperature fluctuations, pressure, humidity, and intense vibration. These dry-mated sealed connectors offer high performance and cost efficiency, featuring nickel-plated brass shells for excellent corrosion resistance, high electrical conductivity, and resistance to biological fouling. Reliable water tightness is ensured by two O-rings in the coupling interface. The scoop-proof design facilitates blind mating and enhances pin integrity, making them a reliable solution against physical and environmental conditions in demanding applications.
