The Cinch DMS-TPTM Dry-mated Sealed Connectors are designed to meet the highest safety standards for harsh environment applications. Engineered as a solution for challenges in the Oil and Gas industry, these connectors have demonstrated effectiveness in demanding conditions, enduring prolonged use with oil, gas, sand, mud, hydrocarbons, and salt. They are ideally suited for environments with extreme temperature fluctuations, pressure variations, high humidity, and intense vibration. These dry-mated sealed connectors offer high performance and cost efficiency, featuring nickel-plated brass shells for excellent corrosion resistance, high electrical conductivity, and resistance to biological fouling, while ensuring reliable water tightness through two O-rings in the coupling interface. The scoop-proof design facilitates blind mating and enhances pin integrity, making them an ideal solution for harsh or demanding environments against physical and environmental conditions.
