DMS-TPTM Dry-mated Sealed Connectors
Cinch's DMS-TPTM connectors are Mil/Aero Circulars designed to meet the highest safety standards for harsh environment applications. Developed as a solution for challenges in the Oil and Gas industry, these dry-mated sealed connectors have proven effective in demanding conditions with prolonged use in the presence of oil, gas, sand, mud, hydrocarbons, and salt. They are ideal for environments with extreme temperature fluctuations, pressure, humidity, and intense vibration. These connectors offer high performance and cost efficiency, featuring nickel-plated brass shells for excellent corrosion resistance, high electrical conductivity, and resistance to biological fouling, while ensuring reliable water tightness through two O-rings in the coupling interface. The scoop-proof design facilitates blind mating and enhances pin integrity.
